He is such a good communicator. He takes the time to explain issues and home maintenance. He has a great way of not scaring a buyer, but its the inspectors job to know why you might not want to buy the house. He explains what it is you’re looking at as far as repairs. On a scale of 1-10 I’d give him a 20! He has over 20 years of experience and it shows!
